Custom built maple syrup flat pans and accessories.
All pans are made from 18 gauge 304 2b stainless steel. All seams are TIG welded.
Some folks build pans out of lighter gauge steel for the reason of better heat transfer. The theory behind that is true but for the hobbiest syrup maker a couple more sticks of wood in a season to get a boil a couple minutes earlier is not worth a pan that may not hold up over time. I like to stick with the heavier gauge (18g). The pans I build will hold up for generations and resist dents and dings over the years.
And ALL my products have life time warranties on the welds.
Note: 2b finish is not the polished look. This keeps cost down. I build them for function not flash.
